Return Window You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund (excluding original shipping fees). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Have all original packaging and hygiene tags.
Be accompanied by the proof of purchase (order number).
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Intimate Apparel: Including underwear and certain types of activewear bottoms.
Pierced Jewelry: Earrings and other body piercings.
Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-returnable.
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
Pack the items securely and ship them to the address provided.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund.
Exchanges If you need a different size or color, please contact us. We will guide you through the process. Subject to availability, we are happy to exchange items.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
